- How long will it takes to get my order?
we will proceed to delivery process after received full payment. This usually will take within 3-5 working days depends on location.

- I received a damage/ defect items.. what should i do?
We apologized for our mistake. Please provide us with the image which clearly show the damage part, and we will arrange to send out the same design to you. As this is our fault, we will bear the 2 ways delivery cost, and you do not need to pay the additional charge.
- how about the shipping rate?
its depends on parcel weight, capacity and location, and counted base on Pos Laju Malaysia postage system. Please kindly refer to our shipping rate page..
